Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment: sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
- Manage onboarding processes including new hire paperwork and orientation sessions
- Maintain HRIS records ensuring data accuracy and compliance with federal/state regulations
- Assist with employee relations inquiries and conflict resolution
- Support benefits administration and enrollment processes
- Compile HR metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports
- Coordinate HR events including training sessions and team activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms (Workday, BambooHR, or similar)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Basic knowledge of employment laws (EEOC, FLSA)
- Customer-service mindset with problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
