Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment: posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending offers
- Assist with onboarding processes including new hire paperwork and orientation
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR)
- Coordinate training programs and track employee development progress
- Handle HR inquiries and resolve employee concerns with guidance from senior staff
- Assist with compliance documentation including I-9s and background checks
- Support HR initiatives like engagement surveys and recognition programs
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR or administrative experience (internships welcome!)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Basic knowledge of HR compliance regulations (EEO, FMLA)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn
