Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Support new hire onboarding and orientation programs
- Assist with employee record maintenance and HRIS data entry
- Conduct new hire background checks and reference verifications
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs
- Support HR compliance documentation and policy updates
- Assist in preparing HR reports and analytics
- Collaborate with department managers on staffing needs
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR or administrative experience (internships welcome)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proactive problem-solving approach
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
