Responsibilities
- Assist with full-cycle recruitment including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Support new hire onboarding processes including documentation and orientation
- Manage HR records and maintain accurate employee databases
- Assist with employee relations inquiries and resolve routine issues
- Coordinate HR administrative tasks including benefits administration and compliance
- Support training initiatives and professional development programs
- Collaborate with department managers on staffing needs
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and MS Office Suite
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn
