Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, and social media
- Conduct initial phone interviews and coordinate interview logistics
- Assist with new hire onboarding processes and documentation
- Maintain accurate HR records in our applicant tracking system
- Support employee engagement initiatives and company culture events
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define position requirements
- Generate recruitment reports and analytics for leadership review
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR or recruitment experience (internships welcomed)
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proactive problem-solving and adaptability in changing environments
- PHR/SHRM-CP certification preferred
