Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Assist with new hire onboarding, including document preparation and orientation scheduling
- Maintain accurate HR records in our HRIS system and ensure data compliance
- Administer employee benefits programs and address initial benefits inquiries
- Coordinate employee relations initiatives and assist with conflict resolution
- Support HR compliance documentation and record-keeping requirements
- Assist in organizing company culture events and recognition programs
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HRIS systems
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proactive problem-solving skills and team-oriented mindset
