Responsibilities
- Assist with full-cycle recruitment: job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and offer coordination
- Support employee onboarding processes including document preparation and new-h orientation
- Maintain accurate HR records and personnel files in compliance with federal/state regulations
- Administer benefits enrollment and assist with employee benefits inquiries
- Contribute to HR analytics and reporting initiatives for client organizations
- Support HR compliance audits and documentation maintenance
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and training coordination
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of California labor laws and HR compliance requirements
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
