Responsibilities
- Support recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
- Assist with onboarding new hires and maintaining employee records
- Coordinate HR compliance documentation and policy updates
- Administer benefits enrollment and employee relations inquiries
- Utilize HRIS systems (Workday/ADP) for data management
- Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives
- Support payroll processing and attendance tracking
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Basic knowledge of employment laws (EEOC, FLSA)
- Proactive problem-solving approach
- Valid Kentucky driver's license (for occasional offsite duties)
