Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Assist with onboarding new hires, preparing employment documents, and conducting orientation sessions
- Maintain accurate HRIS records and ensure compliance with federal/state labor regulations
- Facilitate employee relations initiatives and resolve routine workplace inquiries
- Contribute to HR analytics projects including turnover tracking and engagement metrics
- Assist in benefits administration and employee communications
- Support HR compliance audits and documentation maintenance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR)
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Knowledge of Tennessee labor laws and EEO guidelines
