Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Support new hire onboarding by preparing employment documents and conducting orientation sessions
- Maintain accurate employee records in our HRIS system (Workday experience preferred)
- Administer benefits enrollment and resolve employee benefits inquiries
- Assist with HR compliance documentation and regulatory filings
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and company events
- Process payroll data and maintain attendance records
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software systems
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Basic knowledge of employment laws (FLSA, EEOC)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
