Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment: sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews
- Onboard new employees: prepare documentation, conduct orientation sessions
- Assist with employee relations: handle inquiries, maintain HRIS records
- Coordinate training programs and professional development initiatives
- Administer benefits enrollment and compliance documentation
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for leadership review
- Support HR projects including engagement surveys and policy updates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (Workday/BambooHR a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Proactive problem-solving approach
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
