Responsibilities
- Support recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Assist with employee onboarding and documentation management
- Handle HR inquiries and maintain employee records in compliance with federal/state regulations
- Assist with benefits administration and enrollment processes
- Contribute to HR analytics and reporting initiatives
- Support employee engagement activities and training programs
- Coordinate HRIS data entry and system maintenance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance
