Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Assist with employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure seamless integration
- Manage HR databases and maintain accurate personnel records in compliance with regulations
- Handle employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and HR procedures
- Support HR initiatives including engagement surveys and training programs
- Assist with benefits administration including enrollment and claims processing
- Contribute to HR reporting and analytics for workforce planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Strong proficiency with HRIS systems (Workday, BambooHR, or similar)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities
- Knowledge of California employment regulations and compliance requirements
- Proactive problem-solving approach with high emotional intelligence
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
