Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Support employee onboarding by preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions
- Maintain accurate HR records in our HRIS system and ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Coordinate employee benefits administration and enrollment processes
- Assist with HR initiatives including engagement surveys and training programs
- Handle confidential employee inquiries with discretion and professionalism
- Support payroll processing and timekeeping accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software (e.g., Workday, ADP)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Basic knowledge of HR compliance and employment laws
