Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment: sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and managing applicant tracking system
- Facilitate new hire onboarding: prepare documentation, conduct orientations, and coordinate equipment setup
- Maintain accurate HR records in compliance with federal/state regulations
- Assist with employee relations: address routine inquiries and support engagement initiatives
- Coordinate HR documentation including offer letters, I-9 forms, and personnel files
- Support benefits administration and open enrollment processes
- Assist in preparing HR reports and analytics for leadership review
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and MS Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and confidentiality
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of employment laws (FLSA, EEOC)
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and customer service orientation
