Responsibilities
- Assist with full-cycle recruitment including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
- Support onboarding processes for new hires including documentation and orientation preparation
- Maintain accurate HR records in HRIS systems and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Coordinate employee training programs and track development initiatives
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and company events
- Support HR analytics through data collection and reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR)
- Knowledge of HR compliance regulations (EEO, FMLA, ADA)
