Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Assist with new employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Maintain and update HRIS systems with accurate employee data
- Prepare HR documentation including offer letters, contracts, and compliance forms
- Coordinate employee benefits enrollment and inquiries
- Assist in organizing company culture initiatives and events
- Support HR administrative tasks including filing, reporting, and record maintenance
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Proactive problem-solving approach
- Basic knowledge of HR compliance regulations (FLSA, EEO)
