Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Support new hire onboarding by preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR)
- Administer employee benefits programs and assist with enrollment processes
- Coordinate HR initiatives including employee engagement events and training programs
- Handle confidential employee inquiries with professionalism and discretion
- Assist with HR compliance documentation and reporting requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Proactive problem-solving approach and team collaboration skills
- Valid Arizona driver's license (if local travel required)
