Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Manage onboarding paperwork and new hire orientation logistics
- Maintain and update HRIS database with employee records and compliance documentation
- Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries
- Coordinate HR events and engagement activities
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for leadership review
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (Workday, BambooHR, or similar)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations
