Responsibilities:
- Assist with the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job ads and screening resumes.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews for candidates and interviewers.
- Manage and update employee records in the HRIS system accurately and confidentially.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation packets and paperwork.
- Respond to general employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and procedures.
- Assist with payroll administration and processing timesheets.
- Organize and participate in company events and employee engagement activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Professional demeanor with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
