- Employee Onboarding: Welcome new team members to the company, ensuring they have all necessary resources and a smooth transition.
- Recruitment Support: Assist in posting job descriptions, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews for open positions.
- Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files, including confidential personnel data and performance records.
- Policy Administration: Help communicate company policies and procedures to staff, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; OR equivalent work experience.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
