Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Assist with new hire onboarding processes and documentation
- Manage HRIS data entry and record maintenance
- Coordinate employee engagement events and recognition programs
- Handle benefits administration and employee inquiries
- Assist with compliance documentation and reporting
- Support HR analytics and performance tracking initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (Workday/BambooHR preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with organizational abilities
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Proactive problem-solving and collaboration skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
