Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily activities under the supervision of licensed healthcare professionals.
- Take and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration).
- Help patients with mobility, including transferring and ambulation.
- Assist with patient hygiene and personal care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
- Document patient care accurately and timely.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- No prior healthcare experience necessary – training provided.
