Responsibilities
- Assist in collecting, cleaning, and interpreting data from various internal and external sources.
- Generate clear, concise reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to identify trends and opportunities.
- Maintain accurate databases and ensure high data integrity standards.
- Support senior analysts with basic data modeling and statistical analysis tasks.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and professional development training sessions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts) is required.
- Basic understanding of SQL or Python is a strong plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
