Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection, cleaning, and entry of data into our central databases to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Provide Level 1 technical support to internal staff, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Monitor and respond to IT support tickets in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with senior analysts to identify process improvements and workflow optimizations.
- Conduct basic software testing and documentation updates.
- Engage with customers and team members to resolve inquiries and provide exceptional service.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; college students are encouraged to apply.
