- Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior technicians and sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Training: Actively participate in weekly training sessions to master our products and service standards.
- Feedback Loop: Identify common customer concerns and suggest improvements to our internal processes.
Qualifications

- Experience: No prior experience required. We provide full training.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with web browsers and Microsoft Office Suite.
