Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our internal CRM software.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations team to resolve complex issues and improve service standards.
- Document customer feedback and complaints to help refine our product offerings.
- Attend daily training sessions and team meetings to stay aligned with company goals.
Qualifications

- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
