Responsibilities
- Engage with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Manage inbound and outbound communication channels, including phone and email.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients to ensure a seamless experience.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to meet departmental targets.
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account status within our CRM system.
- Participate in daily training sessions to sharpen product knowledge and soft skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree a plus, but not required).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A positive, professional demeanor and a strong desire to learn.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with web browsers.
- Reliable transportation to and from our Memphis location.
- Ability to work full-time hours with flexibility for occasional overtime.
