Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, providing clear instructions and support.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and strive to meet daily and monthly team targets.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Identify opportunities for upselling products and services to existing accounts.
- Participate in daily team meetings to discuss challenges and share best practices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
- Reliable transportation is required.
