Responsibilities
- Handle 50-75 customer interactions daily via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing, technical, and product inquiries with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions using CRM software (training provided)
- Meet/exceed customer satisfaction and resolution targets
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues
- Participate in weekly coaching sessions for continuous improvement
- Support cross-functional projects during peak seasons
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Eligible to work in the United States immediately
- Strong verbal communication skills in English
- Basic computer literacy (typing 30+ WPM)
- Ability to work flexible shifts (including weekends)
- Positive attitude with problem-solving aptitude
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to our downtown LA office
