Your Role:
As a Customer Success Representative, you will be the bridge between our company and our valued clients. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction while learning the ins and outs of our industry-leading services.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Utilize our CRM software to update customer records and track interactions.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and providing product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Identify opportunities to upsell services and improve the overall customer experience.
- Participate in daily training sessions and skill-building workshops.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn new skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute to our DC office.
