Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on high-quality service.
- Learn and utilize our proprietary CRM software to track customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently.
- Identify customer needs and provide accurate solutions, escalating complex issues to senior management when necessary.
- Collaborate with team leads to continuously improve service processes and customer satisfaction scores.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while representing the brand at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
