Responsibilities
- Complete intensive 4-week paid training program covering CRM systems and customer protocols
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and professionalism
- Document interactions accurately in our customer database
- Collaborate with senior team members to resolve complex issues
- Meet performance metrics during and after training period
- Participate in weekly skill-building workshops
- Support product launches with enhanced customer onboarding
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability
- Must be available for daytime training hours (9 AM - 5 PM)
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Must pass background check and drug screening
