Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints by identifying the root cause and implementing effective solutions.
- Accurately input and maintain customer data within our CRM and database systems.
- Collaborate with team leads and cross-functional departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the development and documentation of standard operating procedures for support processes.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to provide accurate information to clients.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
