Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account information in our CRM database.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients and provide product/service education.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to solve complex customer problems.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements to service protocols.
Qualifications
