Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and empathy.
- Process customer data accurately and efficiently using internal databases.
- Assist in the onboarding of new clients and updating account information.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales/retention goals.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (40+ WPM).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- No prior customer service experience necessary; we provide full training.
