Responsibilities
- Assist incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Learn and navigate our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track client interactions.
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new clients to ensure they understand our services.
- Identify customer needs and provide accurate information or escalate complex issues to senior support.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to provide feedback on common user challenges.
- Update customer records and maintain a clean and organized database.
Qualifications
