Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Research and resolve customer issues by identifying root causes and providing effective solutions.
- Enter and maintain accurate customer data in our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and process improvement.
- Participate in daily training sessions to enhance product knowledge and technical skills.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior support staff when necessary.
