- Collaborate with the support team to ensure consistent service delivery.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Basic computer skills and typing proficiency (30+ WPM).
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to learn.
