Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on resolution.
- Assist clients with technical troubleshooting and product navigation.
- Document customer interactions and resolve issues within established service level agreements.
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues effectively.
- Maintain a positive, professional demeanor during high-volume periods.
- Learn and demonstrate product knowledge to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Aptitude for learning new software and systems quickly.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (optional but preferred).
