Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients and update customer relationship management (CRM) databases.
- Identify and troubleshoot basic customer issues, escalating complex problems to senior staff when necessary.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to provide feedback and support campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service transactions.
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge and soft skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced office environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are required for remote support roles.
- Willingness to learn new software systems and adapt to changing procedures.
