Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues or service complaints efficiently.

- Collaborate with the technical support team to troubleshoot complex problems.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.

Qualifications
