Responsibilities
- Support Recruitment Initiatives: Assist senior recruiters in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various technical and corporate positions.
- Manage Pipelines: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Conduct Research: Utilize LinkedIn and other professional networks to identify passive candidates and expand our talent pool.
- Coordinate Interviews: Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers and prepare necessary documentation.
- Assist with Onboarding: Support the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
- Market Analysis: Research market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the recruitment game.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We are looking for eagerness to learn and a strong work ethic.
- Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
