Job Overview:
In this entry-level role, you will support senior management and internal departments with various administrative tasks. You will be the face of our company, interacting with clients and vendors, managing schedules, and maintaining our high standards of professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Manage Incoming Communications: Handle a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and visitors with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Office Operations: Oversee daily office operations, including mail sorting, supply inventory, and facility maintenance coordination.
- Document Management: Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of important records.
- Scheduling & Calendar Management: Coordinate meetings, book conference rooms, and assist in scheduling appointments for team members.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional support to clients and visitors, answering inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Assist in data entry tasks, prepare reports, and update databases accurately and on time.
- Event Coordination: Support the organization of team events, client lunches, and corporate gatherings.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required; we train motivated candidates.
