As an Administrative Assistant, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring smooth communication and efficient workflow.
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize incoming communications, including email and phone inquiries.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
