Responsibilities
- Schedule Management: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executive staff.
- Document Preparation: Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication Hub: Answer and screen incoming calls, route messages, and respond to inquiries via email and in-person.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records, organize filing systems, and assist with data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Project Support: Assist project managers with research, resource allocation, and preparing meeting materials.
- Office Operations: Order and maintain office supplies, manage the break room, and assist with vendor coordination.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or certification in Office Administration is a plus.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required; however, internship or academic experience in a business setting is beneficial.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Interpersonal: A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team and with clients.
