Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications, including email and phone inquiries, ensuring a professional and timely response.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal memos, reports, and correspondence.
- Assist with general office operations, including inventory management and supply ordering.
- Greet clients and visitors at the front desk with a welcoming demeanor.
- Support the sales and operations team with various ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or bachelor's degree in business administration is a plus.
- Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced office setting.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
