Responsibilities
- Manage and organize incoming emails, phone calls, and general correspondence.
- Assist in accurate data entry and maintaining updated digital and physical records.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Prepare internal documents, reports, and presentations with high attention to detail.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional front-desk support.
- Assist in inventory management and office supply ordering.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks to support various departments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
