Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 AI Technology Roadmap, aligning technical milestones with business objectives.
- Lead a world-class engineering team in the development of multimodal foundation models.
- Oversee the integration of generative AI into core product lines to drive user engagement and retention.
- Establish best practices for AI safety, ethics, and compliance in a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to identify high-impact AI use cases.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of AI models, from experimentation to production deployment.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in leading AI/ML initiatives.
- Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern Deep Learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying scalable LLMs and GenAI applications to production.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a history of building and mentoring high-performing engineering teams.
- Experience with MLOps, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
