- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the 2026 vision.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging trends such as Generative AI, Quantum Readiness, and Decentralized Finance.
- Pilot and scale innovative technologies across business units to improve operational efficiency.
- Present complex technical concepts to the C-Suite and Board of Directors.
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators.
- Define KPIs for technology adoption and innovation success.
- Ensure ethical and sustainable practices in all future tech implementations.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or executive leadership.
- Proven ability to forecast industry trends and translate them into business value.
- Strong background in AI, cloud computing, or emerging tech sectors.
- Exceptional communication skills with experience influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a focus on long-term impact and scalability.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
